Personalized Care
to Stay Independent
Metropolitan Jewish Adult Day Health Center (The Center) helps adults
with chronic conditions live more independently through rewarding
daily therapy at one of our safe facilities. With our professional
therapy, you or a loved one can stay active and regain control over daily
living activities, such as walking, dressing, eating and bathing.
How does The Center make a difference? It can…
- Improve performance in daily activities, such as eating and dressing
- Enhance quality of life by developing independence
- Enable family members to also manage careers or other obligations
- Create a peer group for loved ones to be near others with similar conditions
Living with a chronic condition can make a loved one feel isolated. That’s
why it is sometimes the best thing to give your loved one some time
outside of the home. Successful rehabilitation can often be achieved when
a loved one is able to form a bond with others who share similar life
stories and conditions together.
We even have programs and specialists that can help people who are confined
to a wheelchair, incontinent or are suffering from hearing or vision
problems, memory loss or confusion.
